David Kenyion

Peer support specialist

David is a Peer Support Specialist who brings empathy, creativity, and lived experience to his work with children and teens. As someone who has navigated the world through a neurodivergent lens, he understands the importance of feeling seen, supported, and empowered. His approach is grounded in compassion and connection, helping young people build confidence and embrace their unique strengths.

Before beginning his career in mental health, David earned a degree in audio engineering, a field that allowed his passion for sound and music to flourish. Today, he continues to nurture that creative spark through hobbies like music, playing chess, and immersing himself in the imaginative world of Dungeons & Dragons. These interests often become bridges for connection with the youth he supports.

David is deeply committed to creating safe, affirming spaces where neurodivergent children and teens can thrive—not just in therapy, but in life.
