Licsw, LADC

I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) and licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Over the years, I've worked across inpatient, community, and correctional settings, gaining a broad perspective on how to meet people where they are.

I specialize in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I provide individual, couple, and family therapy while coordinating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs.

I've held key clinical roles at organizations including the Clara Martin Center and Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, and I've led crisis intervention teams within Vermont’s correctional system. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the complex systems that impact mental health and recovery. I hold a Master of Social Work from Smith College and a Master of Science in Corporate Public Relations from Northwestern University. I'm passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and build resilience through compassionate, collaborative care.
